Catrina is a living example of a loving God.
Her faith in action led her to retire after 26 years of active-duty service and teaching JROTC to fully pursue ministry. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor committed to eradicating the stigma surrounding mental health.
Catrina believes in the God of the impossible. Her life’s journey is reflected in the ministry’s name—when you surrender everything to Him, He can and will multiply it.
This posture of obedience has led Catrina on several trips to Uganda, where she not only fell in love with the people but now considers it home.
Her desire is to live out God’s mandate to go into all the world, preaching the good news of Jesus Christ. She fulfills this calling by offering trauma-informed care through training, prevention, and treatment.
Catrina’s life verse is Psalm 61: “He came to set the captives free.”

Christi’s faith journey is a powerful testament to God’s providence and purpose for us. After being relentlessly pursued by God, she answered the call to dedicate her almost 30 years of experience in corporate finance and stewardship to advance His Kingdom.
She deeply believes that God has given each of us a unique set of experiences and skills to help multiply His Kingdom. Christi uses her experiences and financial acumen to serve in mission-driven work.
A few years ago her journey led her to Uganda, sparking a transformation where she discovered the profound meaning of depending on God daily in faith. This experience ignited a deeper love for our Savior and the people, leading her to this ministry.
In obedience to Christ, and recognizing the conviction of His call, she is driven by Matthew 10:38: “And the one who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me.” Her deeply personal mission through this ministry is to help break the cycle of generational poverty and spiritual curses. Christi fulfills this call by sharing the transformative power of the gospel, education, and responsible stewardship with compassion, trusting God to multiply the gifts.

Ana Santiago is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and national security professional who has dedicated her life to serving both her country and the Kingdom of God. With almost a decade of experience in the Defense Intelligence Enterprise, she has served in roles ranging from all-source intelligence analysis to program oversight. Today, she continues this calling as a Project Manager, leading with integrity, passion, and a deep commitment to people.
Ana’s journey into ministry began long before she recognized it. Her years in the Marine Corps and federal service instilled in her discipline, sacrifice, courage, and compassion but it was her first mission trip to Uganda that awakened a deeper purpose. While serving the people of Jinja, she encountered the unmistakable presence of God inviting her into a new chapter: to share the same message of hope that Jesus used to transform her life, and to serve His people with the same dedication she once gave to her country.
Ana brings together her leadership experience, analytical mindset, and global perspective to guide the ministry’s structure, strategy, and long-term sustainability.
Her faith is anchored in Psalm 91:2, which declares: “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.” This truth shapes her daily walk, reminding her that every step of obedience is protected, guided, and sustained by the God who called her.
